Granny's Attic is the third floor rooms which share a bath and can sleep 4 to 8 people for $175 - $195. You get a HDTV, Cable TV, HD DVD Player and mini-fridge with the privacy of your own floor!

The are two twin beds in two rooms, a king size bed in one room and a Flip-Flop sofa bed in the TV room.
