Payment

The Applebrook can accommodate only a limited number of guests, we recommend that rooms be reserved in advance.

Rates are subject to New Hampshire 9% Meals & Room Tax.

Private room rates are for double occupancy and includes full breakfast.

Third person in room is $20.

Deposit
Deposit equal to one night lodging is required at the time of your reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to reservation arrival date. Cancellations outside of the 14 day period will be refunded in full minus a $15 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days will result in a one night room charge. We understand and sympathize with unexpected circumstances but we must maintain a business policy.

There are no refunds for early departure. Arrival time is between 3:00pm - 6:00pm unless other arrangements have been made. Checkout time is 11:00am.

Children

Children ages 4-12 years old in room are $10.00 each. The little tikes under age 3 are free.

We welcome kids and have outdoor play equipment and indoor toys, games and movies. For the little ones, we have a portable playpen/crib for their use.

Pets

We welcome well-behaved dogs. The fee is $15 per dog for the entire stay with a limit of two, 50% of the fee will be donated to the Above the Notch Humane Society. Please inquire at time of reservation about other pets--sorry, no cats are allowed. No pets are allowed in Valerie.

Dogs are allowed throughout the building. Please keep a close eye on your dog especially when children are present. Please do not kennel your animal in your room for long periods but time to go off for a meal is fine. Please discuss any special circumstances with us at the time of your reservation. Even well-behaved dogs can get stressed when away from home and you are responsible for any costs.
