The Applebrook has a 21 year history as a haven for outdoor enthusiasts from hikers, bikers to birders and snowmobilers.We are the place to hang out, store your gear, freshen up and get a good meal in the morning. For families, we offer kids videos, games and toys to entertain your little ones after a day at Santa's Village. Fall foliage is what we do best in Jefferson! Be sure to make your reservations early for Fall.

For winter enthusiasts, we are close to four major New Hampshire downhill and cross-country ski areas (Bretton Woods, Loon Mountain, Wildcat, and Cannon Mountain). Snowmobiles have direct access to Route 5 from our property. In the evening you may wish to ice skate in the village center or toboggan on the golf course hills next door. Tom will kindle a fire in the woodstove or outdoor fire pit to warmly end your day.

In warmer weather, fish the nearby trout streams, hunt for bird or game, or hike the many mountain trails of the area. There is also a local guide for hire who can help you on your hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing adventure.

Take your bicycle or motorcycle out on the many beautiful quiet back roads or taste our raspberries while enjoying panoramic mountain views including majestic Mt. Washington.

Jefferson also has a spring-fed swimming hole right up the road for those steamy Summer days. There are also rivers nearby for canoeing or kayaking on nearby rivers.
