The White Mountains offer many diversions and snow sports. Winter is when the White Mountains shine! As a winter destination for two decades, Applebrook is centrally located among many winter activities and skiing areas. We offer ski storage, guides and other resources.

Nearby there are four major New Hampshire downhill and cross-country ski areas, Bretton Woods, Loon Mountain, Wildcat, and Cannon Mountain.

Cross-country ski at the Rocks Estate located in nearby Bethlehem with over 1400 acres to explore. Snowshoe on the local hiking trails and enjoy the silence of a winter’s day in the mountains. Here is where you will find more information on cross-county skiing. A local guide can take you on a personal snowshoeing or cross-country skiing journey.

After a day in snow relax in our common room by the wood stove, watch a movie from our video library or enjoy the warmth from our outdoor fire pit. We'll even do dinner for your group of ten or more. Here's an example of a sample menu.

The evening only gets better for when you retire to your room with your own hot tub. We have two hot tubs rooms available. Check out our rooms for more information.
